SHIPPING & DELIVERY
HEXSTAYSFITTED orders may contain products fulfilled and shipped from different locations. Some items are shipped directly by HEXSTAYSFITTED, while select apparel and headwear are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners.
PROCESSING TIMES
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order apparel and headwear require additional production time before shipping. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the item and fulfillment location.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order contains both an in-stock HEXSTAYSFITTED item and a made-to-order item, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You may also receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, shipping information will be provided after your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
DELIVERY
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
